AM is committed to safeguarding your personal information. WHAT INFORMATION MIGHT AM COLLECT ABOUT ME?

We obtain personal data from visitors to our website, subscribers to our newsletter and other communications from us, people who contact us to enquire about and purchase our services, people who use our services, either as a single user, regular user or as a subscriber to our services, a parent or guardian registering a child to participate in our activities, people who volunteer with us, other organisations who we may partner with to provide services.  We may collect the following:

HOW MIGHT AM USE THE INFORMATION IT COLLECTS ABOUT ME?

AM might use this data to contact you with direct marketing messages by email on the legal basis of consent and legitimate interest in AM’s services. AM may use your personal information to provide AM’s services, activities or online content, to provide you with information about them, to deal with your requests and enquiries and to occasionally send you a newsletter and updates on AM’s services (via email).

We process data for administration and delivery or our services, for managing our ‘duty of care’ to you, for dealing with medical needs (in life threatening circumstances this may be vital), for direct marketing, for equality and inclusion and that it is necessary for our legitimate interests which are to provide our services and does not prejudice or harm rights and freedoms of participants or parents/guardians of children that enquire about or use our services.

SHARING OF INFORMATION

AM does not collect personal information for sale to third parties for marketing purposes. AM will never rent or trade email lists with other organisations and businesses. When another instructor is working with you we need to share some of your personal information. We share your name, phone number, as well as any medical/injury information that you have disclosed. None of your personal information is kept by these instructors longer than the time frame for which they are working with you.

WEBSITE COOKIES

Cookies are small files that a site or its service provider transfers to your computer’s hard drive through your web browser that enables sites or service providers to recognise your browser and to capture and remember certain information.

AM uses Google Analytics to help analyse how users use the site. Google Analytics uses ‘cookies’ to collect standard Internet log information and visitor behaviour information in an anonymous form.

The information generated by the cookie about your use of the website (including your IP address if you have not opted out) is transmitted to Google. YOUR CHOICES REGARDING THE INFORMATION YOU SHARE WITH US

Your privacy is very important to AM which is why AM makes sure you’re always in control of what we do with your personal information. You will always have the right to withdraw your consent to AM holding this data and using it to communicate with you. AM’s newsletter emails will always include an ‘unsubscribe’ link that once clicked will instantly remove your email address from any further newsletters. You can contact AM by post or email to inform AM that you wish to withdraw your consent and AM will erase your personal information from our database.
